Alright ladies! Here we are... a little crazy and a whole lot of committed!!! If you are seeing this post then you have accepted my challenge to either stay sweet-free for the month of September OR candy-free until Christmas!
We have made a great choice to do this! We all know that when we eat crappy food we feel crappy... mentally and literally :) It's no fun! I have taken out sweets before, and I can tell you that when you clean up your diet (there are plenty of ways to clean it up, we are just focusing on taking out some of the sugar) you will have more energy (for zumba :) plus you will feel SO MUCH BETTER!
We can totally do this!
I seriously need you all for support and I will totally be there for you all too!

So, I'm very much on board for both challenges, but will say that I did have a Berry Mango Daquiri tonight and feel guilty for that sweet treat, so $1 will go in the bucket from me tomorrow :( Looking forward to the challenge...and the results! Thanks Micaela!
